BIM Modeler MEP

We are looking for an experienced BIM MEP Modeler responsible for developing accurate 3D BIM models and coordinated MEP drawings as per project standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update & manage 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing disciplines using Revit.
• Prepare coordinated drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and detailed documentation.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks / similar tools.
• Work closely with design engineers, project teams, and consultants to ensure design accuracy.
• Ensure project standards, BIM protocols, and timelines are maintained.
• Handle model documentation, version control, and data accuracy.

Skills & Expertise Required:

• Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Experience in BIM coordination & clash detection.
• Good understanding of MEP services and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of international standards will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and team coordination skills.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical / Electrical or relevant discipline.

Preferred:

• Experience in large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure BIM projects.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
