Role Overview: Deerns Spectrum Private Limited, a joint venture between Deerns Groep B.V. and Spectrum PharmaTECH Consultants Private Limited, specializes in high-end engineering services. As part of the globally operating Deerns Group, we focus on delivering world-class engineering solutions for mission-critical facilities in India, South Asia, and East Africa. Our services cater to sectors such as data centers, hospitals, laboratories, and clean rooms. We are currently seeking a talented and innovative individual to join our fast-growing office at a senior level. Key Responsibilities: - Possess B.E / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical/Electrical engineering - Demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in the field - Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills in English - Proficient in using BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, Naviswork, and other related software - Capable of identifying and solving clashes in design - Conduct drafting work with the potential design experience - Display self-initiative, discipline, punctuality, and hardworking attitude - Willingness to work beyond regular hours to meet deadlines or as requested - Hold an HNC or HND in a construction-related subject - Have experience in an AEC role with familiarity in BIM modeling process - Possess excellent IT skills and communication abilities - Extensive knowledge of quality and document management processes Qualification Required: - B.E / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical/Electrical engineering - HNC or HND in a subject related to construction - Experience of 3-5 years in the field - Proficiency in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, Naviswork, and related software - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to work beyond regular hours when necessary - Familiarity with quality and document management processes,
