BIM Modeler MEP

You will be joining Deerns Spectrum Private Limited, a joint venture between Deerns Groep B.V. and Spectrum PharmaTECH Consultants Private Limited. Key requirements for this role include: - B.E / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical/Electrical engineering - 3-5 years of experience - Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English Language - Proficiency in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, Naviswork & other related software - Ability to identify and resolve clashes - Proficiency in drafting work, design experience is a plus - Self-initiative, discipline, punctuality, and hardworking nature - Willingness to work beyond regular hours to meet deadlines - HNC (Higher National Diploma) or HND (Higher National Certificate) in a construction-related subject like civil engineering - Experience in an AEC role, preferably with at least 5 years of experience - Familiarity with the modelling process in BIM - Excellent IT skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Extensive knowledge of quality and document management processes,
