🧠 Experience: 2-3 Years 📍 Location: Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh) on-site💼 Employment Type: Full-time📩 How to Apply:"Share your resume at shivani@archnetix.com Work Schedule: Night Shift (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM), Monday to FridayJob Description:Point Cloud Processing:Import, register, and clean point cloud data (e.g., via Autodesk ReCap).Ensure accurate alignment within Revit.BIM Modeling:Create detailed Architectural, Structural, and MEP models from scan data as per project LOD.Model existing conditions including complex geometries and irregular shapes.Quality Control:Conduct QA/QC checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.Identify and resolve discrepancies using tools like Navisworks or Dynamo.Documentation:Generate drawings (sheets, sections, elevations) and ensure accurate as-built representation.Create schedules and extract model data as needed.*Collaboration:*Coordinate with BIM/project managers and communicate project updates effectively.Standards & Innovation:Follow BIM standards and BEPs.Contribute to workflow automation and stay updated with industry tools and practices.
