Job Opening: Revit Specialist / BIM Modeler

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Revit Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in creating, managing, and coordinating BIM models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D Revit models for architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate designs.
• Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and clash detection reports.
• Update models based on design changes or site conditions.
• Maintain BIM execution plans and adhere to company standards.
• Participate in design review and coordination meetings.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven proficiency in Autodesk Revit (minimum 2 years hands-on).
• Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with national and international BIM standards.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in MEP coordination or interdisciplinary BIM projects.
• Knowledge of Revit family creation and template management.
• Exposure to ISO 19650 or other BIM protocols.
