Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for various projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design elements and resolve conflicts. Conduct regular model reviews and updates to reflect changes in project scope or design. Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications based on BIM models. Utilize BIM software tools to enhance project efficiency and productivity. Provide technical support and guidance to team members regarding BIM processes and best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools. Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in modeling. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Relevant educational background in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
