Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for various projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in modeling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant educational background in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
