We are seeking a few talented and detail-oriented BIM Architectural and Landscape Modelers for a leading BIM Technology company. The ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, particularly in the Architectural design process. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to create accurate, detailed, and efficient 3D models for architectural projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage 3D BIM models for Architectural and Landscape projects, ensuring the integration of design intent and technical specifications. Work closely with Architects and Engineers to gather project requirements and design inputs. Produce detailed architectural models, drawings, and documentation in compliance with project standards, codes, and regulations. Ensure the model is fully coordinated with other disciplines. Generate construction documentation (Plans, Sections, Elevations, Details and Schedules) from the BIM model. Preffered skills: Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, is required. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of BIM 360 or other cloud-based collaboration tools. previous experience with International Architectural projects Push your resume asap.
