BIM Modeler - Architectural / Facade 📍 Location: Cochin, Kerala, India 📅 Experience: 2+ years 🎓 Qualification: Graduation / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical About the Role We are looking for BIM Modelers - Architectural / Facade with expertise in CAD-to-BIM model creation and LOD 400 development. The ideal candidates should have strong skills in 3D modeling, detailing, and coordination for facade systems. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop high-detail BIM models (LOD 400) for architectural and facade projects. ✅ Perform CAD-to-BIM model creation with accuracy and efficiency. ✅ Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. ✅ Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams for model coordination. ✅ Identify and resolve clashes, discrepancies, and design challenges. ✅ Maintain project documentation and ensure model accuracy.
