BIM Manager

As a BIM Manager at Illumine-i, you will play a key role in leading and overseeing the BIM Operations team from project inception to delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Overall planning, design, P&L activities, strategy formulation, operations, and cost estimation, as well as preparing financial projections. - Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to develop requirement-specific solutions. - Designing, preparing, and guiding Engineers to create Architecture and Structural BIM models/MEP BIM Models and construction drawings. - Reviewing Architects" or Structural engineers" designs to assist in the development of BIM models and design documents. - Reviewing manufacturers" or fabricators" prints to aid in the development of BIM models and design documents. - Performing walkthroughs of models using Revit for project stakeholders and providing conceptual input during the planning stages. - Verifying BIM model integrity, conducting clash detection with other disciplines, and communicating regularly with other disciplines and project engineers. - Setting job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions. - Contributing operations information and recommendations to strategic plans, completing action plans, implementing production standards, and resolving problems. Essential Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10-12 years of experience. M.Tech/MBA is a plus. - Leadership skills with goal-setting ability and self-driven mindset. - Knowledge of organizational effectiveness, excellent communication, and outstanding organizational skills. - Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, execute initiatives, exercise good judgment, and analytical skills.
