Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and manage
BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
for redevelopment projects.
Coordinate with design, structural, MEP, and planning teams to ensure
integration of BIM models
across disciplines.
Establish
BIM workflows, standards, and templates
in compliance with project and client requirements.
Conduct
clash detection, model validation, and 4D/5D simulation
for design and construction phases.
Provide
technical guidance and training
to project teams on BIM tools and best practices.
Ensure
accuracy and consistency
of all BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the Project Management Consultant (PMC) and Gujarat Housing Board for model-based reporting and visualization.
Support the
digital transformation
initiatives for design and construction management.

Key Skills & Software Proficiency:

Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo
BIM 360 / ACC / Twinmotion / Enscape
Knowledge of 4D (time) and 5D (cost) BIM integration
Coordination and visualization expertise
Familiarity with Indian building codes and standards

Deliverables:

BIM Models (LOD 200400 as per project phase)
BIM Execution Plan & Quality Reports
Clash Detection & Coordination Reports
Model-based Progress Monitoring & As-Built Model

Experience:

Minimum
6 years of experience
in the Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) domain.
Proven expertise in delivering
BIM-based design and coordination projects
using advanced software and technologies.
