Job Description

BIM Faculty / Trainer

The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, guiding students through real-time projects, and ensuring strong practical understanding of BIM workflows and design software.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Delivery

Conduct engaging theory and practical classes for students in BIM, CAD, and related design software.
Deliver training modules for AutoCAD and selected BIM/CADD software (min. 3).
Ensure students clearly understand concepts, workflows, and industry practices.

Practical & Lab Guidance

Provide hands-on lab practice sessions and support students in software exercises.
Monitor student progress and performance through regular evaluations.
Guide students in developing
mock projects, design assignments, and BIM models
.

Assessment & Support

Conduct tests, mock designs, and project reviews to evaluate performance.
Provide constructive feedback and help students improve technical skills.
Maintain training quality, discipline, and effective classroom management.

Curriculum & Administration

Assist in updating training materials, notes, and project templates.
Maintain student records, attendance, and performance reports.
Coordinate with the Centre Manager to ensure smooth training operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in
Civil, Architecture, Structural, or related field
.
Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD + minimum 2 other software
from:

Revit (Architecture / Structural / MEP)
SketchUp
3DS Max
STAAD.Pro
ETABS
Navisworks
5D BIM Tools
Lumion
V-Ray

Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Prior training/teaching experience is an added advantage (freshers with strong software knowledge can apply).
