BIM Engineer – Civil/Structural

• Develop high-quality 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for civil infrastructure projects including drainage, utilities, site development, and external works.
• Work with point cloud data (Scan-to-BIM) to model existing conditions and integrate laser scan outputs into Revit and Civil 3D environments.
• Interpret and process LiDAR scans, photogrammetry, and other survey data to create accurate as-built models.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, MEP, structural) to ensure accurate model coordination and clash-free design.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using tools such as Navisworks Manage.
• Produce construction documentation including plans, sections, and details directly from BIM models.
• Adhere to and help enforce BIM execution plans, project standards, and quality checks.
• Maintain model accuracy and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project delivery using BIM 360 / ACC or similar collaboration platforms.
  

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant BIM experience in civil projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
• Strong experience with Scan-to-BIM workflows, point cloud processing, and as-built modeling.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D, Navisworks, and reality capture tools such as ReCap, Leica Cyclone, or Faro Scene.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud) is preferred.
• Understanding of local and international standards (e.g., AASHTO, BS, Eurocodes).
