Job Description

At Ambuja Neotia, we are looking for a BIM Engineer who is keen to grow, learn, and contribute to project planning, cost optimisation, and execution excellence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and manage
3D BIM models
from CAD drawings
Generate
BOQs and quantity take-offs
using BIM models
Coordinate BIM outputs with
planning, contracts, and site teams
Support
clash detection and model coordination
Assist in
design optimization and value engineering
through BIM
Maintain and update
BIM data as per project progress
Support the preparation of
project documentation and certifications
using model data

Tools & Software Proficiency:

Autodesk Revit
AutoCAD
BIM 360 / ACC
(preferred)
MS Excel
(for quantity & data analysis)
