BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and experienced BIM Coordinator to oversee and manage the development, implementation, and coordination of BIM processes across multiple disciplines. The role involves supporting the project team with model setup, clash detection, coordination, and adherence to BIM standards and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary BIM models (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
• Ensure models follow company and project-specific BIM standards (ISO 19650, BEP, etc.).
• Lead clash detection and resolution processes using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Support the BIM Manager in developing and enforcing the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Facilitate regular coordination meetings with design consultants and stakeholders.
• Perform quality checks on models and drawings for consistency and accuracy.
• Provide support and guidance to BIM modellers and project teams.
• Set up, manage, and maintain shared model environments (e.g., BIM 360 / ACC).
• Coordinate with external consultants and subcontractors for model integration.
• Generate reports, visualizations, and schedules from models as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant BIM experience, including coordination responsibilities.
• Expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with BIM collaboration tools (BIM 360, ACC, Revizto, etc.).
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, data standards (e.g., LOD, COBie), and interoperability.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead coordination efforts across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit or Navisworks) or equivalent BIM training.
• Experience working on large-scale or international projects.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Solibri, or scripting is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,065.08 - ₹50,000.00 per month
