BIM Coordinator- Senior Engineer MEP

Position: BIM Project Lead/ Team Lead

Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical

Experience: 7 to 8 yrs

Location: Hyderabad

1. Communication:

   High level of communication and good writing skills in English.

• Software Skill:

• REVIT® MEP.
• AutoCAD – for drawing, linkage, and cleanup.
• MEP FAB
• Design Review – for collaboration with professional staff.
• Coordination with Navis work Manage – Clash detection & Resolution

• Roles & Responsibility:

• Assist BIM Manager with any type of MEP Project.
• Having knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire projects.
• Independent decision maker and technically sound for US, UK & Asia-specific projects.
• Knowledge about Submittals & MEP standard.
• Knowledge of preparing Fabrication, Shop drawings (Coordinated) & Spooling Drawings.
• Expertise to make Simulations-4D/5D
• Required capability for coordination with multiple disciplines (through Navis Work).
• Capable in Clash-Detection/Collaboration & Resolution with the Design team/ Client
• Assist in Estimation
• Team managing Capability.
• Managing BIM Construction Process – throughout the DD stage to As-Built Stage
• Knowledge in iPAD Integration/ AM data exchange / COBie data generation
• Actively solve the problems
• Capable to meet timelines and work under pressure
• Open to take new challenges
