BIM Coordinator

You will be working as a BIM Coordinator in the BIM department at Rudrabhishek Enterprises Limited (REPL), an Integrated Urban Development & Infrastructure Consultants with a legacy of over 30 years. At REPL, you will be involved in a range of services to deliver end-to-end consultancy in diverse sectors. The company is uniquely positioned to manage projects from ideation to planning, designing, execution, and marketing, specializing in converting projects into integrated Hi-tech Townships, Smart Cities, IT Parks, or SEZs. As a BIM Coordinator, your role will involve: - Understanding the BIM Work Flow - Understanding BIM model documents - Managing and working with capabilities in BIM 360 - Hands-on experience in Revit, Navis, AutoCAD, and BIM-360 - Clear understanding of Scope and BEP Qualifications required for this role: - B. Tech in Civil, Diploma, or equivalent Skills required: - 2 to 2.5 years of hands-on experience with software like Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD - Experience in Hotels and Residential Buildings is preferable This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. You will be expected to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Noida before starting work. The salary offered for this position is 30k CTC.
