BIM MODELER (Architecture and Structure)

Candidate Profile

• B.Tech civil/Dipoma civil with 2 to 3 years of Revit experience in both Architecture and Structure domain.
• Proficient in AutoCAD , Revit,Naviswork .
• Worked/dealt with large projects.

Role Description

• Create and manage 3D BIM models for architectural and structural disciplines using Revit.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to develop coordinated models
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP models.
• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans (BEP) and company/project standards.
• Maintain accurate model data and project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
