Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise daily billing operations for mattress, accessory, and bulk orders
Generate sales invoices, delivery challans, credit notes, and debit notes
Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, schemes, and tax calculations
Handle GST-compliant invoicing (HSN codes, tax rates, e-way bills)
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatch confirmation
Verify sales orders, dispatch quantities, and returns
Monitor billing timelines to ensure on-time invoicing
Handle customer billing queries and discrepancies
Maintain billing records and documentation for audit purposes
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports
Support accounts team in reconciliation and collections follow-up

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce or equivalent
2–4 years of experience in billing or accounts,
preferably in mattress
, FMCG, or manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of GST, invoicing procedures, and documentation
Experience in ERP software (SAP / Tally or similar)
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Preferred Skills

Experience in dealer, distributor, and institutional billing
Knowledge of transport billing and freight calculations
Familiarity with inventory and dispatch processes
