We are looking for a smart, problem-solving, and detail-oriented **Billing Operations Associate** to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless billing operations, revenue recognition, and compliance. If you are street-smart, analytical, and thrive in solving challenges while maintaining great customer relationships, wed love to have you on board!
**Key Responsibilities:**- Assist with daily invoicing and subscription billing tasks.- Help ensure billing records are accurate and up to date.- Support the finance team in fixing billing errors.- Work with other teams to resolve payment issues.- Review invoices and highlight any overdue payments.- Suggest simple ways to improve the billing process.- Answer basic billing-related questions from teams and customers.- Help maintain smooth payment and invoicing processes.- Assist in audit and compliance tasks as needed.**Required Skills & Qualifications:**- Basic knowledge of billing tools (e.g., Chargebee, Stripe, or Recurly) is a plus.- Understanding of basic accounting concepts.- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.- Interest in learning about SaaS billing and revenue models.- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage tasks effectively.- **Adaptability:** Open to learning and handling different tasks as needed.- **Ownership & Accountability:** Takes responsibility for assigned work and meets deadlines.
