Billing & Invoicing Assistant

Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced international company in the subscription and advisory space as a global billing & invoicing assistant. Your primary responsibility will be to create and amend billing services accurately and timely, while also handling disputes and customer inquiries. This role will provide you with the opportunity to shape new processes and policies within the billing function. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and implement robust policies across the Group, optimizing processes and systems with the Transformation Process Lead. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, conducting regular review meetings to address recurring issues and key performance metrics. - Manage billing systems and ensure the accuracy of billing data by coordinating with other departments. - Offer financial analysis and advice, as well as contribute to the development of automation through system enhancements. Qualification Required: - Proven successful experience in billing and invoicing teams. - Knowledge of billing and accounting processes. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Experience in developing strong internal relationships to impact the full end-to-end journey. - Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, especially in interactions with Sales Teams and External Customers. - A collaborative problem-solving approach.
