Role Overview: Join EY and be a part of shaping a better working world. As a Taxation Specialist, you will assist clients in meeting their taxation, superannuation, and other statutory obligations. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the application and monitoring of the methodology framework and coach and coordinate staff activities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients in meeting taxation, superannuation, and statutory obligations through processing returns, reports, forms, and related documentation - Coach, mentor, train, and coordinate staff activities - Contribute to the application and monitoring of the methodology framework - Handle adhoc reporting and other duties as required Qualifications Required: - Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail, and accuracy - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing - Experience in personnel and people management, including supervision and team building - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically intermediate/advanced excel Additional Company Details: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a global delivery network operating across six locations.
