Job Description

Wayanad Mart is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing & Stock Entry Assistant . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling billing operations at the counter and managing stock data entry in the system. Key Responsibilities: Billing: Operate billing software at the counter. Accurately scan, bag, and process customer purchases. Handle cash, UPI, and card payments. Provide customer-friendly service and resolve minor queries. Stock Entry: Record new stock items into the inventory system. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages. Help in organizing and labeling products on shelves. Coordinate with suppliers and update incoming stock details. Required Skills & Qualities: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software preferred). Trustworthy and honest with handling cash and inventory. Good communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Ability to work in a team and handle multitasking. Additional Details: Salary: Competitive and based on experience. Language: Basic Malayalam and English preferred. Training will be provided for selected candidates. Uniform (if any) and ID badge will be provided. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Location: Wayanad, Kerala (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
