Billing Executive - Male

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance & account team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, with proficiency in Tally software. The Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company. Job Reasonability: Generate and send out invoices to clients promptly. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments. Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries. Maintain accurate billing records and update account information. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure alignment with financial policies. Prepare periodic billing reports and financial statements. Assist in month-end closing activities related to billing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. At least 1 years of experience in a billing or finance role. Strong understanding of billing processes and accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in using Tally and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
