Billing Executive - Male

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance & account team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, with proficiency in Tally software. The Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

Job Reasonability:

• Generate and send out invoices to clients promptly.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate billing records and update account information.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure alignment with financial policies.
• Prepare periodic billing reports and financial statements.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in a billing or finance role.
• Strong understanding of billing processes and accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using Tally and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
