that cater to the unique needs of customers, architects, and interior designers, all of whom

play key roles in product specification.

ob Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Executive to manage the preparation and processing of sales invoices for laminate sheets and allied products. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of GST compliance, logistics coordination, and SAP/Tally software. Prior experience in manufacturing or building materials industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate customer invoices in accordance with company policies and applicable tax regulations (GST).
  • Verify purchase orders (PO), delivery challans (DC), and sales orders before billing.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely invoicing post-shipment.
  • Maintain and update billing records in ERP software (SAP/Tally or equivalent).
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, tax rates, and quantity billed.
  • Reconcile billed amounts with sales and dispatch data.
  • Follow up with clients/distributors for any invoice-related queries or clarifications.
  • Assist in monthly closing and reporting of billing-related data to the Accounts team.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to invoicing.
  • Prepare credit notes/debit notes as required.
  • Support audits by providing necessary billing documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of GST and E-invoicing.
  • Proficiency in Tally & Excel.
  • Experience in manufacturing sector preferred, ideally in laminates, plywood, or building materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1-2years of relevant experience in billing/accounts.
  • Knowledge of invoicing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
