The Billing Executive is responsible for effectively handle phone-based orders, drive sales through upselling, and accurately manage order information within the Tally system. This role ensures timely and accurate billing to clients or customers, maintaining detailed records, and resolving billing discrepancies. Duty Time: - 3.00 AM to 1.00 PM & 1.00 PM to 11.00 PM (Rotational Shifts) Only Male candidate. Experience:- 2 years in sales or billing (Tally and MS Office Must) Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships. Generate invoices based on provided data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Verify the accuracy of billing information, including customer details, products/services provided, and pricing. Reconcile payments with invoices and resolve any discrepancies. Generate and distribute payment reminders and statements. Qualifications: Proficiency in basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
