Billing Executive

We are a leading pharmaceutical warehouse dedicated to ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of medicines and healthcare products. To strengthen our operations, we are looking for a Billing Executive who will play a key role in managing invoicing, billing accuracy, and coordination with accounts and warehouse teams.

Candidate must have prior experience in pharma billing.

• Prepare and generate sales invoices, debit/credit notes, and billing statements.
• Verify orders, batch numbers, and pricing before invoicing.
• Maintain accurate billing records and update daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the accounts and dispatch/warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Handle customer queries related to billing and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with GST and applicable taxation rules.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly reconciliation of sales and billing data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
