POS Tech Solutions is a leading provider of hardware and system integration solutions , offering POS terminals, barcode printers, scanners, RFID solutions, desktops, laptops, CCTV, networking products, and accessories. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth sales and customer service. Handle customer inquiries, product demonstrations, and sales transactions. Generate and process bills using retail IT billing software. Maintain and update stock inventory on a regular basis. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for stock replenishment. Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in the store. Maintain records of daily sales, stock movement, and cash handling. Support promotional activities and achieve monthly sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail IT sales and billing . Hands-on knowledge of retail billing software (POS systems). Basic knowledge of computer hardware and accessories. Good communication and customer handling skills. Strong organizational and inventory management skills. Honest, punctual, and responsible. Education: Minimum: +2 or Diploma (Graduate preferred) Additional certification in IT/Hardware will be an added advantage.
