Billing Executive - General Trade

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Billing Executive with 3–5 years of prior experience in General Trade (GT) billing within the FMCG industry. Candidates with experience in the food industry will be preferred. The role requires strong attention to detail, timely invoice processing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices for General Trade distributors and customers
• Ensure accurate billing as per approved price lists, schemes, and trade discounts
• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and accounts teams for order execution and dispatch
• Handle GST-compliant invoicing and statutory requirements
• Manage credit notes, debit notes, and billing adjustments
• Reconcile distributor accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain billing records, documentation, and MIS reports
• Support internal audits and compliance checks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of billing experience in General Trade from the FMCG industry
• Prior experience in the food industry is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of GT billing processes, schemes, and trade margins
• Working knowledge of GST and invoicing regulations
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
• Good coordination, communication, and analytical skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Work Mode: On-site
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
