Job Role Details
The billing executive will be responsible for managing billing operations, invoicing patients, accounts reconciliation, and interacting with customers or patients regarding payments and billing queries.
Typical duties include preparing bills, entering patient data, confirming and explaining charges, coordinating with front office and diagnostic teams, and handling cash or digital payments.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Minimum educational requirement: Graduate degree, ideally in Commerce, Finance.
Both freshers and candidates with relevant work experience in healthcare/diagnostics billing are eligible.
Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency (MS Office, billing software) are generally required.
Salary and Working Conditions
Entry-level salary for billing executives at diagnostic centres in Hyderabad typically ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month for freshers, with higher pay for those with experience.
