Durall, as part of its expansion plans is looking to recruit experienced, hard working professionals for the post of a Billing and Recovery Manager Exp – 10+ Years Location: Kalina, Santacruz Responsibilities Review the agreement once the project is finalized Review the milestones as per the Purchase Order Understand the tentative timelines for each milestone for raising invoice and receipt of payment Understand the specifics requirements of the client for submission of invoice and processing of the same Follow up with the Project manager for raising invoice / Proforma invoice at the appropriate time Observe the progress of the progress based on the input from the Project manager / supply chain team Get the invoice prepared from the finance / accounts team as per the requirement of the client Submit the invoice along with required details to the client. In case any query is raised, coordinate with the respective team and resolve the query In case of escalation related to dispute in the invoice which are not resolved by the Project manager, escalate the same to the Management for resolution Prepare a collection target for each month in advance and compare the same with the actual receipt Skills: project management,financial analysis,bills,invoicing,billing process,client coordination,recovery process,billing Show more Show less
