We are hiring a dedicated and alert Fleet Tracking Executive to monitor and manage the movement of our vehicles across routes. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries, route compliance, and real-time communication with drivers and clients. . Key Responsibilities: Monitor the movement of trucks and vehicles through GPS tracking systems. Ensure vehicles are following assigned routes and schedules. Coordinate with drivers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain real-time records of trip status, delays, and route deviations. Report daily movement status to the operations team and management. Assist in planning efficient routes based on delivery timelines and traffic patterns. Maintain communication logs and incident reports related to fleet operations. Ensure vehicle documentation (LRs, E-Way Bills, PODs) is tracked and updated. Identify and report irregularities such as unauthorized stops, route changes, or delays. Required Skills: Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and fleet management tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle pressure and work in a high-demand environment. Basic understanding of transport documentation and logistics operations. Familiarity with Excel and tracking software. Qualifications: 1-3 years of relevant experience in fleet tracking or transport coordination. Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
