Job Role - Billing Executive

Location - Thane West

Shree Krishna Interiors 513, 5th floor, OMEGA BUSINESS PARK, ROAD NO -33, Kamgar Hospital Rd, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane, Maharashtra 400604

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities:
• Take site measurements for interior projects and prepare measurement sheets.
• Prepare and verify client bills, vendor bills, and subcontractor bills.
• Maintain proper documentation of work orders, BOQs, measurement sheets, and billing records.
• Coordinate with site engineers/project managers to verify work done before billing.
• Assist in preparing cost summaries, work-in-progress reports, and billing status updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and timelines for billing and invoicing.
• Reconcile client and vendor accounts related to billing and payments.
• Identify and report discrepancies in measurement or billing.
• Key Skills & Competencies:
• Knowledge of interior project measurement & billing process.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic billing/accounting software.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills with site/project teams.
• Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy.

2) Where is your office located, what are the shift timings & what are the work offs?

• Locations: 513, 5th floor, OMEGA BUSINESS PARK, ROAD NO -33, Kamgar Hospital Rd, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane, Maharashtra 400604
• Shift: 10 am – 7pm
• Working days: Monday- Saturday
