DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for patient registration, Admission & Billing
· Ensure that the patient and the family are comfortable during the first visit to the center.
· To handle follow-up non-clinical questions from patients, ensuring that all billing and accounting records are maintained properly.
· Update individual patient billing and update the same to the attender.
· To prepare and share daily reports as required.
· Maintain petty cash and disburse as per the policy guidelines
· Ensure daily/weekly updates are submitted on the expenses incurred
· Daily updation of patient details in HIS.
· Maintain the visits and services offered by visiting doctors and other specialists
· To assist in preparing monthly payouts for those services offered.
· Support the Centre Manager in all operational activities.
· Coordinate with external service providers (Lab, Radiology, Specialist) for requisition of sample pick up and handing over the same.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
