Billing Executive (CHA)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Billing Executive with experience in Customs House Agent (CHA) industry to handle billing and invoicing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices for export shipments.
• Generate bills for CHA services, customs clearance, and forwarding charges.
• Maintain billing records and customer accounts.
• Follow up on pending payments and outstanding invoices.
• Coordinate with clients for billing queries and clarifications.
• Prepare payment receipts and maintain payment records.
• Generate monthly billing reports and statements.
• Verify charges from CFS, transport vendors & other entities.
• Ensure accurate GST calculation and compliance in invoices.
• Coordinate with accounts team for payment reconciliation.
• Maintain proper filing of bills and documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in billing operations (CHA/Freight Forwarding industry preferred).
• Knowledge of GST and basic accounting.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
