Invoicing:
1. Prepare, review, and issue invoices to customers.
2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices.
3. Verify customer information, prices, and payment terms.
Customer Communication:
1. Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices.
2. Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.
3. Provide statement of accounts and payment history.
Reporting and Analysis:
1. Generate reports on invoicing and payment trends.
2. Analyze aged debtors and identify potential issues.
3. Provide insights for process improvements.
Experience:
1. 1 -3 years of experience in invoicing, accounting, or finance.
2. Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally,).
Skills:
1. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
2. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to meet deadlines.
