Designation: Billing executiveJob Location: Delhi (Rama Road)Experience: 1-2 YearsWork Mode: Office-Based (6 Days)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to join our accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing operations, preparing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments. Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and good communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, verify, and issue accurate customer invoices.
  • Record and maintain all billing-related data in Tally ERP and company systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure correct billing information.
  • Follow up with clients for payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
  • Generate and share regular billing and payment reports with management.

Requirements
