Job Description

Alembic Real Estate is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Billing Engineer to join our team for residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage site billing, estimation, and costing. Perform material and cost reconciliation. Coordinate with site teams for billing accuracy and documentation. Ensure timely submission of bills and follow-up for approvals. Maintain records and reports related to project billing. Desired Candidate Profile: B.E. in Civil Engineering. 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in site billing and project costing. Strong command over Advanced Excel and other relevant tools. Experience in residential and commercial construction projects preferred. Good communication and coordination skills. Location: Vadodara CTC: As per industry standards and based on experience.
