Job Description

Prepare and verify
client and subcontractor bills
for water supply and pipeline works.
Perform
quantity take-offs
from drawings for pipelines, chambers, valve installations, and related civil works.
Maintain
measurement books
, joint measurement records, and site documentation.
Coordinate with site team for verification of
excavation, laying, jointing, testing, and backfilling
quantities.
Support in
BOQ preparation, rate analysis, variations, and cost control
.
Ensure billing compliance as per
project specifications and contract terms
.
Prepare
progress reports
for monthly billing and client submission.
