Billing Engineer – Civil & Interiors

We are a fast-growing turnkey fit-out company executing QSR/café projects across India. We urgently need a sharp Billing Engineer who is strong in Civil, Plumbing & Electrical works and can independently handle complete BOQ preparation, rate analysis, client & vendor billing, and cost control. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed BOQ from drawings, site measurements and specifications (Civil, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire-fighting, HVAC, Interiors) Do rate analysis of all items and build up rates wherever market rates are not available Prepare and submit accurate running bills (RA Bills) and final bills to clients on time Verify and certify vendor / subcontractor bills (civil, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) Do reconciliation of materials at site vs BOQ vs bills Track extra items, deviations, rate revisions and get client approvals Compare quotations received from vendors and help the team choose the best rates Maintain cost trackers and highlight budget overruns immediately Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors and Accounts team for smooth billing cycle Must-Have Skills & Experience B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering OR Electrical Engineering 2–6 years experience in billing / quantity surveying in interior fit-out, retail, restaurant or commercial projects Very strong in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, rate build-up sheets) Excellent understanding of Civil, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire-fighting & HVAC BOQ items and market rates Ability to read architectural, structural, MEP drawings Hands-on experience in preparing RA Bills, Final Bills for clients like Jubilant, Burger King, Devyani, etc. is a big plus Good communication in English + Hindi (will have to talk to clients & vendors) Salary Range ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (higher for candidates with 4+ years and proven billing track record) Yearly bonus + Incentives on early certifications Location & Joining Pune (office in Chinchwad) Immediate joining preferred (within 15–20 days max) If you live for accurate BOQs, love chasing measurements and getting bills certified on time — this is the perfect role for you!
