Billing Coordinator

As a Billing Analyst at our company, your role will involve analyzing quotes and contracts to review new/existing subscription orders and amendments in the billing system. You will be responsible for reviewing billing system reports, engaging with customers, researching in Salesforce.com and NetSuite, resolving billing issues, and performing customer account reconciliation. Additionally, you will need to work overlapping hours with the US-based team to ensure effective communication and support for US-based clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing quotes and contracts for subscription orders and amendments - Reviewing billing system reports to identify discrepancies and make corrections - Engaging with Small Market level customers in a professional manner - Performing research in Salesforce.com and NetSuite to collect necessary documentation - Resolving customer billing issues and performing account reconciliation - Working overlapping hours with the US-based team - Other duties as assigned To qualify for this position, you should have: - Experience analyzing quotes and understanding unique billing requirements preferred - Strong professional and customer-centric communication skills - Ability to troubleshoot problems, apply billing practices, and demonstrate analytical skills - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet timelines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Experience working with NetSuite and Salesforce.com is a plus,
