Billing Coordinator

You will be joining Integral Ad Science as a Billing Operations Analyst in Pune, reporting to the Global Billing Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include generating monthly customer billings, client reporting, maintaining account updates, processing credit/rebills, and assisting with audit information. Key Responsibilities: - Generate monthly customer billings according to agreed timelines - Produce monthly client reporting - Update customer profiles on accounts - Check credit and rebill packets for documentation, process credit/rebills - Assist in gathering information for Quarterly and Annual audits Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of billing experience in the Tech industry - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Excel and other financial applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with guidance - Strong attention to detail - Proactive and capable of working independently Integral Ad Science is a global media measurement and optimization platform dedicated to delivering actionable data for superior advertising results.
