Job Description

Role Overview: As a Billing Executive at the company, you will be responsible for generating and issuing invoices accurately and in a timely manner to clients. You will verify invoice details with corresponding purchase orders and contracts for accuracy, maintain updated billing and account records, and communicate effectively with clients to address billing questions and disputes. Additionally, you will conduct regular audits of billing records, implement improvements to billing procedures, and assist in preparing monthly billing reports and financial statements.
