Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for the position of Biller and Operator. The responsibilities include creating accurate bills and invoices, managing transactions, maintaining records, and operating billing systems effectively. The individual will work closely with the sales and administrative team to ensure seamless operations and optimal customer satisfaction. Attention to detail and adherence to company policies and guidelines are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in billing systems, invoice generation, and data entry accuracy
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills for transaction documentation
• Basic knowledge of product cataloging, inventory management, and stock handling
• Good communication and customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and digital platforms for billing operations
• Experience in the jewellery industry is an added advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting, or a related field
