With the expertise and support of its parent company Blacksmith, Ottimo provides bespoke furniture and complete customization to meet its clients' needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) person located in Gurugram. The BOQ person will be responsible for preparing detailed bill of quantities, understanding project specifications, ensuring accurate calculations, and collaborating with the design and production teams. Daily tasks include analyzing drawings, identifying materials required, preparing cost estimates, maintaining records, and providing support for project budgeting and financial planning.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing detailed bill of quantities and cost estimates
  • Proficiency in analyzing project drawings and specifications
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of interior design and furniture industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools for estimating and project management
