Job Title: Bilingual Support Specialist (Thai / Japanese / Chinese)

Bilingual Support Specialists

English Thai
English – Japanese
English – Chinese

Key Responsibilities:

Provide bilingual communication support between English and the selected language(s).
Handle interpretation, translation (spoken), and customer communication.
Support global customers across different time zones.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick query resolution.
Maintain clear, accurate, and professional communication.

Required Skills & Expertise:

5–7 years of experience in bilingual support or interpretation roles.
Strong verbal proficiency in English + Thai/Japanese/Chinese.
Ability to work in shifts based on time-zone requirements.
Cultural understanding of the respective region/language.
