Job Description:
We are looking for a Bilingual L3 Support Lead to handle advanced technical support issues, manage escalations, and coordinate with onsite teams. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively in both English and Japanese and work closely with development teams to resolve critical incidents.
Requirements:
✅ Strong experience in application / production support
✅ Hands-on experience in Java / .NET / Front-End (any tech)
✅ Ability to troubleshoot, analyze logs, and perform RCA
✅ Good communication & stakeholder handling skills
Nice to Have:
• Experience with ITIL processes
• Exposure to onsite customer interaction
