Job Description

The Delivery Rider will be responsible for delivering laundry items to customers on time and in perfect condition. The ideal candidate will have excellent time-management skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service. The role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and the ability to navigate various locations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Timely Deliveries: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of laundry items to customers according to assigned routes. Meet or exceed service level expectations. • Pickups: Collect laundry items from customer locations as scheduled, ensuring proper documentation of orders. • Route Optimization: Use company-provided tools (maps, apps, etc.) to plan and navigate delivery routes efficiently. • Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner. Address any customer queries or concerns during delivery. • Item Handling: Ensure proper handling of laundry items to avoid damage during transit. Double-check orders before leaving the facility to ensure accuracy. • Documentation: Accurately complete delivery paperwork, including signatures, payment collection, and any other required forms. • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the vehicle (bike, scooter, or car) in good working condition. Report any issues with vehicles to the manager. • Safety Compliance: Follow all road safety laws and company guidelines to ensure safe driving and compliance with local regulations. • Returns & Rejections: Handle any returns or customer complaints about the laundry, coordinating with the customer service team if necessary.
