As an Analyst in the Markets Division, your role involves participating in day-to-day activities to provide insights and expertise that support senior colleagues in making informed decisions, developing new products and services, and identifying market opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Execute small research projects and provide research to support strategic decision making. - Prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings effectively. - Collaborate with senior management to implement research findings for the global markets division. - Work with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives. - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. - Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage the deployment and launch of new products and services. - Manage client relationships, provide customer service support, and respond to queries about products and services. - Develop and implement financial models and strategies to support decision-making in the global markets division. - Train and mentor junior colleagues. Qualifications Required: - Familiarity with UNIX/LINUX environment. - Proficiency in Excel VBA, Python, SQL, and other coding skills. - Prior experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and Dash is a plus. - Strong analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. - Aptitude for self-learning and a collaborative mindset. - Ability to prioritize and manage large projects, taking full ownership of assigned tasks.
